5. Scholarship Policy

Policy: Full Rides are Tempting but Rare.
Entrance Scholarships: To snatch top Gaokao scorers, HKU offers scholarships covering full tuition + living costs. However, this is for the top 1%. Most students are “Full Pay” (~180k HKD/year tuition).

Verdict for the Mainland Applicant:
